Last Day Of Vacation

Hey all..... Today is /was my last day of vacation::sniff:: . But the truth be told, I think that I am ready for work. I loved my time off and being lazy (Well, not that lazy!) But I am ready to go back and make money!!!

Doug's dad is out of town for a wedding until Sunday afternoon. So tomorrow night I am alone in the house for the first time ever!!! Well, I have the cat, but.... He is going to an interview tonight at Home Depot, for overnights. I guess they work 7 days then they are off for 7 days. If they work 8 hours a night it is 56 hours a week, it breaks down to about 28 hours a week. Which is about what he is getting at Kroger, but at Home Depot, they pay better and his hours at Kroger were cut this week .....AGAIN.

My group project for school is done and it is pretty good considering it was a group of 2. LOL. I am glad that I did take this week off anyway, because this project was a HUGE part of my grade. And I had the time to work on it properly. So I am hoping that we get a good grade on it.

I have an "A" in my business class right now. I have gotten "A"'s on everything that I have done so far!! I am so thrilled.... I work hard on it. I am really enjoying school. Even though it is online. I have made a few friends, which is nice.... This auto save thing is really cool!!! Gonna run. Ciao!!!!

Hey All

Hey all.... Well, it just poured an ass load of rain here. We were expecting rain, but were told it would be light to moderate. If that was moderate, then I am a monkey's uncle! This leads me to what I have been thinking about for a few days. Weathermen are evil. EVIL, I say. They are hardly ever right. You take an umbrella because it is supposed to rain and it is like 100 degrees that day. It is supposed to be nice another day , so you don't bring the umbrella and it rains making you slosh when you walk. See, EVIL. And I won't even talk about the snow thing!!! I think that they get together and say" Let's see what we can make the people carry with them that they will not need today" . I think that they are laughing after theor weather reports because they know they are WRONG!!! It is a game to them.... Think about it, it will make sense to you. Ciao!!!

Happy Mother's Day!!!

Hey all.... It is about 9:45pm and my kids didn't call me today. I was hoping but wasn't really expecting it to happen, but still makes me kind of sad. The day was good. Doug got me a very sweet card that just about made me cry. He has to work tonight so he went to work already. I am listening to the hockey game. The Wings are playing the Ducks and they are tied in the 3rd. The Wings won the first game and it is potentially a 7 game series. But if they won this game it would be HUGE!!! They would be 2~0 in the series and it is hard to rebound from 2~0. So I am hoping that they win then it will be on to the winner of Buffalo and the Senators for the Cup. Wooohooo!! But I am getting WAY a head of myself. Things are good. I am tired, so I am going to lay down I think. Happy Mother's Day to all ..... Ciao!!!

Hey All

Hey all.... Well, my first grade is an "A" for school. I am so happy. I am actually feeling like I can do this well. Work has been busy, but I only have four more work hours left until my vacation starts!!! Yippie!!!! So I am looking forward to my time off even though I am not going anywhere and I am working on school stuff, but I will also have more time to do things that I enjoy, such as this blog.

I am getting to the point at work that I am glad I have time off soon, because even my co workers were bitchy today. I am getting to the point that I am sick of people. They had me in Garden Center yesterday and I loved it except for the sun burn. No CSM's ( Customer Service Managers) yapping in my ear, no cranky customers really. I was outside in the beautiful day and left alone to do my job which was checking receipts as people left.

Today was a whole other ball game though. I made it and that is the important part. Only four hours to go!!!!! Ciao!!!!

Bad News

Hey all.... Well, my camping trip has been cancelled. For reasons that I am not going into here. Maybe it is just as well, I have school assignments due the day I get back. Doug and I are disappointed, but what can you do?? Work is good. School is moving right along. My first two assignments are submitted already. I am kind of tired and I am most likely going to lay down in a few. I have to make dinner soon anyway. Just stopped in to update you all.... Ciao!!
