Thank You & Other Stuff

I wanted to start this entry by thanking all of those who have stuck with me and continued to comment and email me through my computer issues. Unfortunately they are not over as of yet. You know when you lose something and you can't find it or can't do the same things as you used to ? That is how I feel about blogging right now. AOL has this neat thing that allows me to IM my blog, so I can post even if I cant get to my blog. With Blogger, I have to pray that I can get into my Gmail account or get here to post, so I have been a bit erratic. However, I love the new Blogger platform so far, spell checking is a breeze and you don't have to wait for the pop up window. And there is so much control over your blog here.

I am in the middle of doing taxes for Doug and I. Not that it is hard to do, because it is a breeze with the tax software, but it does still take time to read all of the questions. It is a lot better than when I had to do taxes on the sheets then send them in via snail mail and wait for just about forever for my tax money to show up. Uggg. I hated that!!! So this is sooooo much better than that. I just wish that they wouldn't make new tax laws every year!!!

Work is good. I was out sick for 8 days, but am better now. Oh, that is another entry of it's own. One that I will write soon, because you aren't going to believe it. I have to work tonight at 6 and close. Ick. Although closing isn't so bad since the holidays are over though. I think that is about it. Ciao!!!

Friends

Friends come and friends go. I know this. So why does it seem to hurt when they leave? Yes, my best friend and I decided to part ways sort of. We are heading down two seperate paths in life. He has had health issues that have changed him in ways that I can neither understand or hope to even comprehend. So, apart we must go. No fights, no yelling, just quiet agreement. I will miss him something awful, but he feels it is what he must do, I have to respect that. We have a lot of shared history together.We were apart for something like five years before this. Although under different circumstances. He is the one person who has always believed in me. And I have always have faith in him. I have become a stronger woman with his help and advice. And a better friend as well. I hope that he finds what he is looking for. So long Mr. Lineberry, but not goodbye.

Hey all, I am coming to you live from Google Spread sheet and doc area, where I can post to my blog. So, hopefully this will allow me to post more frequently. I am hoping anyway. ::Fingers and toes crossed:: So, today I went to see the doctor. Without kicking and screaming,which is a huge deal for me because I HATE doctors. They all want to torture err, help me. Right into the operating room most times. But I actually LIKED the doctor that I had today and I found out that the pain I have been having was a raging infection so I am on meds for it and hopefully will be feeling better soon.

I have missed you all. Thanks for those who have left well wishes and congrats for me. We are in no hurry to get married, but it is kind of nice to have that commitment. We err, I mean he now has to find a ring for me. LOL. We are always doing things backwards. I tried to tell him what I wanted, but he wants to go at this alone. And I will let him after a few subtle hints. I am very picky about jewlery. I don't wear a lot, so I don't want big gaudy things. I am a simple understated kind of girl. I am worried that I won't really like it and I will have to tell him that. But that is about it from here. Talk to you soon (I hope!!) Ciao!!!

Odd

So, an odd thing happened today, the computer just all of a sudden lets us go to the internet. I don't know. So, I used part of that time to look for a new computer and I found a nice one at Hewlett~Packard. It is not too expensive and will be capeable of handling music and photos which is important. But I have to wait for Pizza boy's tax return .

I am still having really bad pain. If it hasn't gone by Sunday, I have to go to the doctor. I HATE doctors. Ick!!! It has to do with spending a lot of time in the hospital and around doctors when I was young.

Oh, wait did I tell you? Oh, I guess not, because of all of the computer issues and what not. He asked me to marry him!! Just out of the blue. I thought he was kidding, but he wasn't. OMG!!!! And you know that I said yes. As if there was any doubt..... So, that is all of the news.... Ciao!!!

Just Wanted You To Know

Happy New Year everyone... I know I have been MIA lately. I haven't gotten the new computer yet. ::sigh:: I hope everyone had a great New Year's and it was safe. And I hope that 2007 is a great year for all!!!! Ciao!!!
